Information We Collect
We collect information you provide or generate while using Persona Poker, including account identifiers, sign-in information, profile settings, gameplay decisions, hand histories, Persona configuration, friend Persona sharing and redemption activity, purchase and entitlement records, notification settings, support messages, device information, diagnostic data, and analytics events.
If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive the account information those providers share with us, such as your account identifier, name, email address, and profile image when available.
Purchases And Virtual Items
Persona Poker may offer virtual currency, consumable items, and unlockable content through app store purchase flows. Payments are processed by the applicable app store. We do not receive your full payment card number. We store purchase receipts, product identifiers, entitlement status, and related transaction records so we can deliver purchases, prevent fraud, support refunds, and keep your account state consistent.
Persona Poker chips and virtual items are for app unlocks only. They cannot be wagered, transferred, redeemed, withdrawn, or exchanged for money or anything of monetary value.
How We Use Information
We use information to operate Persona Poker, authenticate users, save progress, provide poker battle and Persona features, match players, process purchases, grant entitlements, send notifications you permit, prevent abuse, debug issues, measure product usage, improve reliability, and provide support.
Notifications
If you enable notifications, we may use device notification tokens and notification metadata to send account, gameplay, reminder, or product messages. You can change notification permissions in your device settings.
Sharing Information
We may share information with service providers that help us operate Persona Poker, including cloud hosting, authentication providers, app stores, analytics, diagnostics, fraud prevention, and notification providers. We may also share information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a corporate transaction. We do not sell personal information.
Retention And Security
We keep information for as long as needed to provide Persona Poker, maintain account and purchase records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms. We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no system is completely secure.
Your Choices
You can sign out, manage device permissions, and contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion, or other privacy requests. Some data is required to provide account-based gameplay, purchases, safety, and Persona features.
Children
Persona Poker is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
International Use
Persona Poker is operated from the United States. If you use the app from another region, your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.
