Information We Collect
We collect account identifiers and sign-in information, profile settings, gameplay actions and hand histories, matchmaking and ranking records, honors, purchase receipts and entitlements, device and diagnostic data, notification tokens and settings, support messages, and usage analytics. Google or Apple sign-in may provide your identifier, name, email address, and profile image. App stores process payments; we do not receive your full payment card number.
How we use data
We use information to authenticate accounts, run PvP matches and matchmaking, save results and rankings, display honors, deliver purchases, send permitted notifications, prevent cheating and fraud, diagnose problems, measure usage, and provide support.
Purchases And Virtual Items
Includes optional in-app purchases for content and feature unlocks. Purchases do not buy table stakes or a chance to win money or real-world prizes. Prices and purchase details are shown before payment. Payments and refund requests are handled under the applicable app store rules and consumer law. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
Information visible to other players
Your player name, avatar, ranking, honors, and match results may be visible to other players in tables and leaderboards. Avoid putting private information in your public profile.
Sharing and processors
We may share data with service providers that help operate Persona Poker, such as cloud hosting, authentication, app stores, analytics, crash reporting, and notification providers. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and deletion
You can request account deletion in Settings or at https://www.logpie.com/personapoker/account-deletion. We retain information only as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and maintain required purchase records. Some records may therefore remain after account deletion. Contact support to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information.
Your Choices
You can manage notification permissions in device settings and contact google-developer@logpie.com to request access, correction, deletion, or other applicable privacy rights. We may verify your identity before processing a request. Some information is necessary for account-based gameplay and purchases.
Underage users
Persona Poker is intended only for users aged 18 or older who also meet any higher local legal gambling age. If you believe an underage person has provided personal information, contact google-developer@logpie.com so we can investigate and take appropriate action, including restricting access and deleting information as required.
International processing and security
Persona Poker is operated from the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate. We use technical and organizational safeguards to protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
