How To Request Account Deletion
To delete your Persona Poker account, send an email to google-developer@logpie.com with the subject line Persona Poker Account Deletion Request.
Please send the request from the Google account email you use to sign in to Persona Poker. If you cannot send from that email address, include the Google account email used for Persona Poker sign-in so we can identify the correct account.
What To Include
Include your Google Sign-In email address and a brief message saying that you want your Persona Poker account deleted. We may ask for additional confirmation if the request does not come from the same Google email used for Persona Poker sign-in.
Data Deleted
When your request is verified, we delete or anonymize account data associated with your Persona Poker account, including profile information, Persona configuration, gameplay progress, hand history, friend Persona sharing records, notification tokens, device identifiers, and analytics records that can reasonably be linked to your account.
Data We May Keep
We may retain records that are required for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, dispute, app store purchase verification, or compliance purposes. This may include purchase receipts, entitlement records, support correspondence, abuse prevention logs, and transaction audit records.
Retained records are kept only as long as needed for those purposes, typically up to seven years for accounting and transaction records unless a longer period is required by law or needed to resolve a dispute.
Timing
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. If we need more time because of security, legal, or technical reasons, we will let you know using the email address provided in your request.
