Age requirement
You must be at least 18 and meet any higher legal gambling age required where you live to use Persona Poker. The app is intended for adults only. If you do not meet this requirement, do not use the app.
Simulated poker and virtual chips
Persona Poker is an online heads-up player-versus-player poker game for entertainment. It does not offer or promote real-money gambling or prizes of real-world value. Table chips are provided free for simulated play and have no monetary value. They cannot be purchased, cashed out, redeemed, or transferred outside gameplay. Shop Chips are separate virtual currency for in-app unlocks only; they cannot be wagered, transferred between players, withdrawn, or exchanged for money or real-world prizes.
Fair play and match results
Keep your account secure. Do not cheat, collude, exploit bugs, manipulate rankings, harass players, or arrange real-money bets through the app. Matches follow the displayed game rules; timeouts and disconnections may trigger automatic actions or a loss under those rules. Rankings and honors are in-game progress, not cash balances or claims to real-world prizes.
Purchases and virtual items
Includes optional in-app purchases for content and feature unlocks. Purchases do not buy table stakes or a chance to win money or real-world prizes. Prices and purchase details are shown before payment. Payments and refund requests are handled under the applicable app store rules and consumer law. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
Play responsibly
Simulated poker results do not predict success in real-money gambling. Play for entertainment, take breaks, and stay within your time and spending limits. Do not use the app to arrange bets, cash trades, or real-world prizes.
Changes and termination
We may update the service and these terms as the product evolves. We may suspend or terminate access if needed to protect users, the service, or legal compliance.
